Customer Management and Ordering System
The following features are now available on our website and are summarised below:
- Wet Fish Domains. Visit the ‘Plans’ page on our website and you can now register domain names as well as purchase hosting and reseller hosting. Dedicated Server plans coming soon.
- Order hosting and domains and go live immediately. Receive your welcome email within 5 minutes of payment being received (in 99% of cases - occasionally paypal checkout does not update our system and in this case we will update it manually)
- Upgrade and Downgrade Hosting plans easily and pay the difference on a pro rata basis or receive a pro rata refund.
- Cancel you account (we hope this is never used!)
- Change domain name DNS yourself without the need to contact us.
- Transfer domains names into Wet Fish Domains easily (assuming you are the owner, have unlocked the domain, have a valid email address listed in the domain and have the EPP code).
- Use our new support ticket system without creating a log in account - simply email our support email address and a ticket will be opened automatically
- Receive renewal emails well in advance of your acount expiration dates (assuming you keep your email address up to date)
- View your past invoices and download these in pdf format when needed.
- View all previous emails we have sent you including payment receipes and your welcome emails
- Log into your customer control panel and view all your accounts and expiry dates in one place.
Please note legacy accounts will gradually be migrated across to the new syste. New customers and existing customers who buy another plan will use the new system immediately. Existing customer should contact our support department in the first instance with any enquiries they may have.
