I couldn't rate Bigwetfish highly enough, they excel in all aspects of hosting. I have had a standard hosting account and a reseller account for the last 2/3 years, the pricing is very low and its easy to use both packages with the built in control panel. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful, and always get back to you in record time. One of the last bastians of decent customer service left in the UK.

I have many sites hosted through Big Wet Fish, and have been with them for over 5 years. I find their pricing to be very competitive, when I buy a new domain and hosting off them, the login information for the new site is instantaneous, which is great when you want to get working straight away. I have not had many support issues over the years, but when I have, they have been sorted very quickly, even answering my support tickets in the early hours of the morning!, well done lads.......keep up the good work!.

I've tried various hosting packages before and have always preferred to stick with free ones. However, the service I got from BigWetFish was too good to turn down. When I needed to install some special packages for my PHP configuration they helped me out - even before I had signed up with them! I'm more than happy to keep my business with them.

We switched over to Big Wet Fish late 2008 and since then haven't had a problem uploading and updating our site on their server which was the problem with our last host. All BWF's updating is always in the middle on the night and never lasts more than a few hours. The staff are extremely friendly and make complicated issues seem easy. We have recommend BWF to friends of ours who have also switched over to them.

We have recently used Big Wet Fish. Our new website has been custom built by a property portal however we required a company to host our emails. I asked my property manager to find a company and he came up with Big Wet Fish, I wasn't sure as I have never heard of them before and suggested he find another company, he said that Big Wet Fish was the easiest to use and the most cost effective. So we registered and received confirmation of payment within minutes and we had everything set up within 15 minutes and were ready to use the new email accounts.
