I had previously been using a 'big name' company to host my project's website, and found their service restrictive in almost every way imaginable. BigWetFish offer simply phenomenal value for money in their hosting packages, backed up by a service and level of customer support which I have found hard to fault. I now own several domains and additional hosting with BigWetFish, and have no intention of even browsing for a better deal. I doubt there is one!

I asked my property manager to find a company and he came up with Big Wet Fish, I wasn't sure as I have never heard of them before and suggested he find another company, he said that Big Wet Fish was the easiest to use and the most cost effective. We switched over to Big Wet Fish late 2008 and since then haven't had a problem uploading and updating our site on their server which was the problem with our last host. All BWF's updating is always in the middle on the night and never lasts more than a few hours. The staff are extremely friendly and make complicated issues seem easy. We have recommend BWF to friends of ours who have also switched over to them.
